I note that the girls are triplets but still have different hair colors. I don't remember any mentioning of them coloring their hair from my last playthrough though....

It's genetically possible for triplets to have different hair and eye colors. Rare, but possible, and depends on the genetics of the parents.

Feel like some a novel by some new author.

We're still in the middle but I feel like the writer's having a hard time with it and I can feel it in the story.

I'm almost positive the author has said Radiant is a completed story and that he's been doing creative writing as a hobby for close to 20 years.

Edit: all but the game's ending is completed in the "rough draft," which is then improved/revised/rewritten before being sent to the game's artist to create renders for each chapter. And leaving the ending open in the rough-draft is intentional.

Yeah, I see them as fraternal not identical. They all resemble the mom but don't look exactly alike. The red hair is probably from a grandparents. That's what happened with my twin brother and I. He got the ginger hair from my grandpa on my mom's side, where I got the dirty blond from both our parents.

Everything about this game makes it a great choice if you haven't played it before the only downside is the time between updates. Content-wise it's one of my favorites

It's a strange dichotomy between Maddie being my favorite, but also treating Maddie horribly cruel while being sweet to the other two. Don't know what that says about my psychology lol.

These last two updates were three months apart, which is vastly faster than previous, so hopefully they got their shit together.

I wait several updates with some games too. What really sucks is when you start playing a game that has already been out for a while, so you have a ton of game and then you play a short update lol

I know what you mean mate. That's why games like Grandma's house are kinda nice. The story is close to non existant and we can't know for sure if our favorite LI will be staring in the update, but it's always loaded with nice content.
