Love this game, but games like this and several others changed how I sub.

A few months ago, maybe christmas? I remember someone posted a screenshot of an update saying something like "sorry i've been taking so long life is hard i'll be done in a couple months, I know i've said that a lot but this time for sure probably" but we're halfway through the year (again) and there's no update (again) so I'm just wondering if there's any word?

I bet If their subscribers all unsubbed you'd see the update up immediately lol

This shit right here is why people shouldn't trust Devs that haven't (consistently) proven themselves. So many white knighting in other Threads and the same thing happens. Find the good Devs and these will have to put out when the cash flow drys.

May 5 was the last devlog, where Ryan mentioned ch 8 was testing. It was also the last monthly wallpaper for paying supporters. In early June, he mentioned on Twitter he was burning out after being asked. He likes to go on long rants there about politics or video games, but Radiant seems to no longer be a priority. It’s too bad because the game is so good from story to art.

That's the result of "earning" at least 4k a month from Patreon only or however much it is by now, i have no doubt that many were to follow his footsteps if they were to milk that much themselves.

Devlog here, devlog there, a little "Wallpaper" just to keep the Cows happy does seem to work its magic.
