Good thing this game has a solid story and rendering. All of the "naughty bits" aren't very naughty...vanilla waved bye-bye to me a long time ago so I typically look for more extreme kinks and fetishes...things I don't get in real life. So I will continue to follow this one, although more for the story than the arousal.

This is a super helpful comment. This game looks great and the developer notes really suggest it's a good game. But this short explanation really says where things are. I'll probably watch this for now.

Installation: Extract the folder "game" from the mod into you Race of Life folder then overwrite if prompted


MAC:
Unzip the mod -> Right click Race of Life -> Click "Show Package Contents" -> Open the "Contents/Resources/autorun" folder -> Hold the Option key and drag the folder named "game" from the mod into the "autorun" folder -> Click merge

I enjoy the story, but I don't know much about cars so the race in ch 2 that has all these timed decisions where you have to choose a tactic of how to get ahead made zero sense to me. I had no idea what any of the options meant so I couldn't do anything close to an educated guess of what would be a good or appropriate action to take. There IS a glossary but I don't even know if the maneuvers are listed in it because it was a series of timed events so I didn't really have a way to look everything up. I just guessed wildly and rewound if I chose something that was dumb.

It looks like in ch 3 its adding a system to mod your car in ways that affect how races play out as well as how the story goes, so I'm a little uncertain about how well thats gonna go for me.

Edit: Finished playing the update and really enjoyed it. The gear shifting "minigame" during the drag race is way better than trying to decipher racing lingo under pressure.

Honestly, this one is rapidly moving up on to my favourites. If I could buy it in Germany, I would seriously consider it.
Length isn't boringly long, characters work well, decisions have consequences and the story is honestly compelling. I like the paternal love as a drive, even if it probably makes me skip more than one sex scene. "Do I have time for that", the MC asks, and I think: *Nope*. Got my little girl to save.
