Look under the benches and in the bins in the park.

basically you have to first gather money enough for a ruler and a knife. you get money by clicking below park benches and in garbage disposals.
and then you wait until you can enter the bathroom without anyone seeing you when she's inside, then go inside and do the first scene then you can go back inside with her with 2 clicks the next day.
