Pregnancy is definitely in the game, but as far as I know, no big bellies yet.
I have to admit I am a few updates behind though.

As for a walkthrough mod, I don't think it's necessary for this game. It seams pretty straightforward to me.

I can't believe it's actually getting finished. With how the story lost all steam, aim, and momentum after meeting the survivors and spending 4 updates talking about what they're going to talk about 3 updates later I was sure the dev was pulling an Irphaeus. (Waifu Academy)

I removed the harem tag. After playing this last update there is a throuple. NO HAREM at this time. The other 2 girls around the mc are not having anything sexual with the MC AT ALL they even say so. The Dev claimed there would be a harem and well where is it???

You can father the 2 remnant girls' children as well as the island girls'. The remnants' relationship is more with each other than with you, but you're their baby daddies too and everybody knows about everybody else. Seems like a harem to me...

was definitely a slow burn but a really great game great story I think its getting close to finished cant wait to see what the Dev does next

The unquestionable advantage of this project is good graphics. But beyond that, the problems begin. First, and most importantly, this is not a game. It is a kinetic novel disguised as VN, but there are very few options to choose from as the story develops. Next, the author tried to create a good plot and convincing characters. The attempt is worthy of respect, but the author has failed in this task. We see graphomaniacal verbal diarrhea, which the further we go, the more annoying it becomes. The author simply lacks literary talent, in the end we get something like a fanfic, and the level is below average. You may object - it's porn, literary merit is not necessary here. I answer: if the author had ambitions to create a rather voluminous literary work (and they, it is obvious, were), the demand should be as with a literary work, to which attached XXX scenes.
The most unpleasant thing is the utter emptiness behind the apparent verbosity. And alas, the author was unable (or unwilling) to get away from annoying plot clichés. In some places I began to wonder if this is not the work of the AI. Will I go back to reading this KN? I'll be honest - no, I won't.
