Preferred Adult Male Protagonist Design?

I feel like the male mc design is where most adult game devs put the least amount of thought.
I can't think of a single male mc design I like.
What makes a good design to you?
Who is your favorite male protagonist?
I'm referring mainly to adult visual novels but any porn game is about the same

Two very different (look and character-wise) male MCs I really like are the ones from Desert Stalker and Midlife Crisis. Both have a clear character-concept that fits their role in the overall story, and matching looks.

If I could make one rule for designing male MCs, it would be "Either commit to shota, or stay away from it (if in doubt, go for the latter)". I really dislike short baby-faced characters that drive cars and are oh so adult now but lack emotional maturity.

Midlife crisis' Mc gives the "funny not-so-funny dad" vibes and actually looks like an adult lmao

As generic as possible. The MC is a stand-in for the player so you don't want to do anything stupid like make him a tatted-up wanna-be edge-lord. That's why Mario has no personality and we never see Master Chief's face, so that everyone can imprint themselves on him.

Like in all (straight) porn, the man is a prop and you do not want to draw attention to him.

The MCs in Malignant and Butimthebadguy looks pretty great imo.

Gawd yes, that bugs me too. Same goes for lolis I'd say. Commit or don't, if a character's cute I'll probably play it (the sisters and aunt in Duality come to mind).
