It's my first attempt in creating a video game and I' open to all feedback to make future versions much better.
0.1 works mostly as the prologue, so there is a lot of character introduction, world building and not so much of planned for later adventures. Nonetheless, I hope that the 2 hours or so of gameplay will still be enjoyable.

Does HS2 just have very limited options for female characters, or is this someone else knocking off Caribdis? In those previews I see almost direct knock-offs of Annie, Penny, Nova and Alex, with the big boobs maybe a hybrid of Nancy (boobs) and Dalia (face/hair).

I have no idea how limited the options are, but this happens with every rendering software, people just slap models/assets they find in the same places and you end up finding the same faces, body types, clothes, hairstyles, etc. copy pasted everywhere.

As I understand it, the issue is that Honey Select comes with excellent stock models included and it is very hard to make your own independent models. Presumably one could buy alternative models, but I imagine that's quite expensive if you want the same usage rights as with the stock models. So everyone uses the stock models, either unchanged or with some modifications. (I imagine that basically means playing around with the breast size slider etc.)

Personally I don't find that jarring. I am used to seeing the same actors again and again in different roles in film and TV. This is basically the same problem.

I was simply being nice. This is a direct knockoff, (just like that "Dream" whatever was) and is trying to ride the coattails of a very popular franchise. This Dev just isn't as good at turning the stock HS figures into a great looking LI - looks like when a young girl starts trying to do her mom's makeup on herself, but ends up looking clownish. That's what we have here - you can see the resemblance, but the Dev either deliberately left them 3/4 baked to try to fend off the comparisons a little, or just isn't good enough to get the same kind of result.

Man, I was really on board with this game, fun story, decent visuals, good humor, it was all good... until the cute redhead was gang raped to death. WTF man? I'm out.
