Sorry if this is common knowledge or already been posted but here you go. Feel free to delete.
In order to play ren'py games that are only available to windows or linux is actually pretty easy.
1. Download Ren'py SDK on the
2. Open it and you'll find a folder called renpy-[version]-sdk
3. Copy all files in the folder of the game you installed, replace all if asked.(Not sure if all files are actually needed but it works so..)
4. Rename "renpy.app" to the exact name of the .exe/.sh file.
5. Launch and enjoy
