Canonically they transform the eyes, too. It was just a specific Ditto in the anime and in spin-offs that they can't.

I mean, some can quite literally speak the same language as humans, others have telepathic capabilities, and all of them demonstrate capability of understanding what is being said to them. Pretty sure all pokemon are sapient.

Generation V is my favorite one, and I always thought reuniclus was very cute. But "hugging it" cute, not "fucking it" cute. Hahaha

honestly though, if we assume "prefered gender, consenting, and neither side risks injury" my smash list would include over 40% of all pokemon
but that's more of a generous "would i be willing?" than "i'd go out of my to fuck them"

You are absolutely right, and I apologize for my rude comment. Having said that I feel the need to explain my POV.
First; this was a thread about having sex with Pokemon, not anthropomorphic versions nor whatever Pokemon could most easily pass for human as such it is my opinion that selectively saying that a certain Pokemon is "not human enough" or labelling it as bestiality is not only off-topic but a little narrow-minded for a board on this kind of site.
Second; the term bestiality is simply wrong when applied to Pokemon. They are not animals, they have a language of their own, and humans simply can't understand it. Many Pokemon are just as intelligent as humans with many of them surpassing us many times over. And finally, they can easily express consent as proven in episode 1 when Pikachu refused to enter his Pokeball, also a Thunderbolt is a pretty clear "No, I don't like that."
Again I am sorry for being rude but this comes up far too often in these types of discussions, and ignorant people bother me, as information is easier to get than ever before.
Ignorance is curable.
