How the heck do you get the Anne/MC scene where you fuck her on the ground while Gwen is sleeping ? I only get the threesome scene every single time no matter the route.

Edit : Found the scene, it was the Gwen Blackmail path variant.

Also another thing I found, some sayers arent defined in the DLC patch, which breaks some scenes like young Rachel/Kennedy in the past. Also Rachel's massage scene is broken in the replay.

What scene are you talking about? I'm puzzled and confused myself about implied Anne/Gwen scene in the latest update when the MC tells Anne to meet him at the Gwen's door. You have a choice to fuck Kennedy or go immediately when Anne calls you. For me, no matter the choice, there is no lewd scene after that. The MC just wakes up in the morning and goes on as usual.
Also very strange for me is the whole situation with Gwen. She hasn't seen the MC for months, she is his official girlfriend. She is dieing to spend some time with him. Nevertheless, the MC fucks around with other girls, hardly spending any time with Gwen.
I find that either something is broken in the game or it is the usual lazy writing peculiar for this Dev.

There is, though ? In the newest update ? It's the first version of the same scene.

OK, so it means that I missed it somehow in both ways, having sex with Kennedy and going instead with Anne. Weird. I understand in the first case, but in the second... Weird.

You have to view Kennedy's room through the cameras on your laptop the first chance you get, then you'll be asked if you took her anti-anxiety meds. If yes, the MC has the option to get her hooked on things.

Man the DLC scene in the last update with Mandy teaching Cheryl how to suck MC's dick was one of the hottest in the game so far, hope we get more of her and Mandy sharing the MC's dick.

This is hands down one of the better game in the BlackHeart series. It's pretty crazy with the amount of stuff that happens here, Kennedy is hands down my favorite, coked up or not.
She funny as fk but also fine as hell. let's hope for some swift update, because ill be honest last 5 weeks have been absolute disappointment on good games with good content, I need me more of this and I need more more of Kennedy..
Not gonna lie Mandy is also a fine piece of ass, she is my second favorite.
