The POV wanders around a little bit, and there are some early chapters where you get inside one of the girls' heads. It's not reall female-protag in the usual sense, more like "oh, and here's what she is thinking during all this."
The MC starts out kind of... dumb, and deliberately so. He starts to change as the story progresses and Shit Starts Happening, but early on it makes sense to see things from other PoVs.
It definitely ain't a self-insert coomer game. It's got plenty of smut once you get to about ch20 and it is pretty steady after that, but it is definitely a story-with-porn, not porn-with-a-story.

The last time I played was at the end of Teresa's story. I was going to continue, but it seems it's Kieran/Cro time now. Is it worth continuing now or wait for their story to finish?

The start is a bit slow, but once the first arc starts, it gets really interesting. Also, it's uploaded almost every month with 700+ really good quality renders. Give it a try.

So last i played was around the backstory of the grandpa of one of the girls, and honestly the story up until that point was interesting but "unnecessarily" complex at some points, some characters drop out of nowhere and then i thought they would be important but i played 5 more hours and none of them appeared again, the author himself would appear sometimes, felt like the developer watched twin peaks and thought it was too simple, does the story get more focused later on?

Frankly the best adult VN game I've played. Classic came for the porn stayed for the plot.

I was offput at first over the "dumb MC" and some goofy elements, but the story won me over. It's a complex story with many supernatural elements, but the story is tightly written where every interaction and element has a purpose. The "dumb MC" trope even has solid in-story reasoning for existing.

Also the girls are Thicc.

10/10 highly recommend.
