my top will be:
Karryns Prison: played a few minutes and love it
Rogue-Like: Evolution: found the developer random on Patron like 4 years ago, follow the game since then
Love & Sex Second Base: i think i have played a lot of updates, first when there where only like four girls and every update new girls new activities, the developer always adding and improving the game is amazing

Summertime Saga is without peer for me.
It was the first porn game I ever played, and it clicks so many of my buttons. Everything after it has been a torrent of lukewarm disappointments.

I would say Where the Heart is. But I am somewhat annoyed at the whole, lets rebuild the story 24 chapters deep instead of giving an ending.

Summertime Saga is such a classic, it was my first adult game, I think that's my #1, partly because of the nostalgy. I really liked Milfy City too though.

For finished games my current top 4 are Once in a Lifetime, The Guardian, Parental Love, and Sisterly Lust with Parental Love probably taking #1.

For unfinished games I have so many I'm currently enjoying. Ripples, Midlife Crisis, Neko Paradise, Proud Father, That New Teacher, Desert Stalker, Such a Sharp Pain, A Family Venture, Where the Heart is(Inc Modded), and Power Vacuum. It sucks that Midlife Crisis and Proud Father won't be finished. I'd probably pick Ripples as current #1 for me with Midlife Crisis and Proud Father tied for #2 since they're abandoned now.

Holy Knight Ricca - character customization, a lot of content (though some harsh lewd scenes are unavoidable), fun gameplay, interesting story.

Good Girl Gone Bad - a lot of paths to explore fairly organically with plenty of nice scenes. One of the few lewd games I replayed.

I have been floored with the quality of renders and animations in Eternum and it's probably taken my top spot for now.
But I see some really good stuff listed above me too, so people have some good taste.

Friends in need. Just a good solid game for me. Light and dark path choices, and a good variety of characters. You can do harem routes or stay true to just one gal. It's a 5/5 for me.
