I would put Eternum to the top but Radiant and Such a Sharp Pain is pretty close too.

Hard to say which is number 1. But Eternum, Power Vacuum, Hero Party Must Fall, SSP are among the top and they reason kinda varies.

I've played quite a few games over the years some absolute gems like Desert Stalker, Paradise Lust, The Mist, Dandy Boy Adventures, Milfy City, FET and Summertime saga. I've also played plenty of trash. But if you had to say what your all time favourite is, what would it be? For me it is Dandy Boy Adventures as it has a healthy balance between gameplay and reward and an interesting story.

I was surprised by how much I liked Quickie Hotel but Dreas of Desire is probably my favorite.

The Sagara Family was surprisingly good. It's what got me into VNs in the first place, and it helped that it had an actual branching story. I actually needed a walkthrough to unlock all the endings.

Merge Nymphs on mobile is surprisingly good, but it's just a Merge Dragons clone with porn.

Apocalyptic World and Incubus City are my favorite indie projects.
