Still watching (thanks to Pluto) : I Love Lucy and The Dick Van Dyke Show.

Some of these posts are making me cry.

Not because they're bad, because they are being called 'old'

What about Casey jones --- Circus Boy -- the golden oldies.

T he Adventures of Superman with George Reeves they fun to watch.

Back when I was younger - the old Bob Newhart show from the 70s. I was a little kid then (when it originally aired), but in the 90s/early 2000s when it was on like Nick at Night or something. There was that "Hi Bob" drinking game. You took a shot every time someone said "Hi Bob." They could say it a lot, so you could get pretty drunk depending on the episode.

Ah. Green Acres was good too. Eva Gabor was such a hottie. Streaming sites are amazing. Some other oldies that come to mind are Addams family (had a crush on Carolyn Jones) , Star Trek, Happy Days, Mork and Mindy, Laverne and Shirley, All in the family, Different Strokes, Good Times, and The Jeffersons.

Lol. I thought you were gonna say that all these great shows will never be watched by new generations. Lost in time... like tears in the rain...

There was one me and a friend used to watch in like 1st-3rd grade. It was an early one of those Japanese cartoons. On every afternoon in a series and LONG. There were 2 parts, and each part took close to a year before it was done. It was called "Star Blazers." I remember the bad guys in part one were a planet called "Gamelon." In the 2nd part was "The Comet Empire" who had the like one survivor from Gamelon with them.

Buffy the Vampire Slayer, Angel, and Burn Notice.

M*A*S*H, I Love Lucy, Carol Burnett Show – still going but also like The Simpsons and Family Guy.

I'm a Twin Peaks appreciator

I own box sets of all seasons of all the Stargate shows and movies. Do they even make physical copies of movies and tv shows anymore?

Every so often someone comes up with the idea of bringing the franchise back but it never really goes anywhere. SGU scared any funders I guess. I didn't think it was that bad, just really slow. The reboot ideas are terrible and killing hundreds of episodes of canon material would just be stupid.

They did kinda defeat all the bad guys in the end except for the wraith in atlantis. I dunno. It's too late now I think.

End of rant.

I liked the Addams family growing up.

The Prisoner was a great tv show, back in the 60s.

You watch that "Stargate: Origins" (or whatever it was called) miniseries?

Personally I thought there were plenty of directions they could go. The Wraith, the renegade Asgard, those unnamed aliens in that one episode with the universe-hopping alternate Daedalus, the Lucian Alliance, or just the brave new world of a galaxy where old order has been totally upended, the fledgling new states have juts survived a brutal extragalactic crusade, and Earth is one of the de facto galactic superpowers.

Personally I always thought they should do a series where the Stargate Program finally goes public.

In the meantime I'll just keep rewatching Babylon 5.
