If a person has their old version NekoParadise-0.15-pc-full like I do they can just transfer the files for the three missing characters from the old version to the new version. cotton.rpa - blueberry.rpa - caramel.rpa. It's also not missing characters as those characters were not nor will they ever be in the standard versions of the game as that's the patreon version the one that has the loli characters came from the DEV's subscribestar.

Any chance you could share those three files??

EDIT: although I have a strong feeling that it will not work adding uncompressed char to compressed v0.15... compressed versions files seem to be unren'd

EDIT2: howeeever... it looks like you can add the loli char files from v0.15 into v0.16 [tested and works like a charm]

Two possibilities: 1) Bugfixes. 2) Loli edition, with 3 characters that are apparently considered too young for F95 added back in.

Edit: New file ls 3.03 gigs compared to 3.01 gigs for 0.16. So probably the loli edition.

Seems like it's not any new content at least. Ambient background sounds for some locations, a few more lines of dialogue for surfer girl Corynn "so player can reach req points for event", some coding stuff. Source: the changelog in the games menu.

And I tested re-adding the three RPA-files for the three loli chars, and they still work in the v0.16b game. Hope the dev will keep adding content for those chars, preferably lewd content....

The game was updated to 16b to accommodate the Salty & Sandy dlc. $5 on Subscribestar gets you the standard game + Caramel, Cotton & Blueberry .rpa's + Salty & Sandy dlc.

Change log V0.16b:
Added background sound for outside locations 'Nature'.
Added the "Nature Volume' sound channel to the preferences.
Expanded Corynn's dialogue by 2 so players can reach the required points for the events.
Fixing some dlc and base library rooting issues and other bugs.

I tried but it won't let me attach a 145 MB file. I believe it was somewhere in the thread on F95. Whether or not it is still there is anyone's guess. Alorth would prefer to keep it paywalled forever.

I have both respect and dislike for Alorth. Lol. I respect him because of his work. Dislike because of the whole paywalled crap.

I've attached more megabytes worth of .jpg or .png files to a post before and had it work fine. I had no idea the upload of an archive would be rejected if it were still a relatively small file and that I would be required to jump through some extra hoops to get it posted (easy hoops as it turns out but still). At least my misadventures in uploading provided amusement to the peanut gallery.

@Mr. Tearson the file I uploaded had the wrong name. Salty and Sandy is another DLC altogether. I am re-uploading the file here:
