Overview:

The game is heavily focused on a custom-built smartphone system that integrates directly into gameplay and storytelling. Future updates will expand the story, introduce new characters, and deepen the corruption mechanics and consequences of player choices.

I just checked the Devs patreon and there was a post 3 days ago, the Day 3 build v0.3.0.4 is currently under testing so I'd hope it should be available soon
