I dont know why the developer is doing that but whatever. The game is looking good. Good quality. But the rest is kinda meh. Try it yourself.

If you go back and look at the previous posts for this game and the main game, you will understand why he needed to downshift and start this prequel.....tough situation brought on by others outside of his control.
Looking forward to more of this prequel and obviously the main game....great concept.

Just ignore the part in the Changelog where it says to give him feedback, especially if it's bad, a few friends found out what happens if you give him bad feedback on their discord, you get barraded by the fanbois and booted off the server, so if you don't like it, don't waste your time saying it on the discord, lol.

by the way, I still don't understand what exactly is missing that is necessary for the continuation of the main story? generated character models? or something else? character models can certainly be generated anew if (similar to how it is arranged in the character generator in the game Kenshi) you know the set of numbers that determine the appearance of the character.

All of the assets used to make the game are in police custody. Not just the models, which would be difficult to recreate exactly if they are customized, but also the sets. All of that costs money, but also has to be re-customized and decorated. For example the house they live in. That is a model I've seen in other games, but its just the house. Maybe the furniture too but all that probably got moved around and stuff replaced with other stuff and more stuff added. Plus wall decorations, rugs, random clutter, etc. All of that is assembled as files that the dev then adds models to and poses to make the renders.

It is a TON of money and work to recreate from scratch.

MC and Anna haven't gotten married yet. yes, this could be a separate part that can be filled and filled with events right up until almost the beginning of the main story. potentially, this could be as big a part as the main one.

Lena is Anna's sister. Rei hasn't been in the main game yet (but she will), and she's a classmate of the MC in the prequel. It's been a while since I've played either, so my memory is pretty hazy on this, but I think it was hinted that she might be connected to Anna/Lena. Possibly their cousin? Rei mentions that she has an aunt who married a non-Japanese man and that she has two cousins, but their families aren't very close because her mom and aunt don't get along.

Oh interesting, really liked most of his first Game, My new family. Good to see the dev is still around, hopefully they are cleared and get their stuff back soon. Always hoped we may get something like a MNF2 someday. Tried my new memories at launch but with the whole debate about the youngest daughter at the Time I lost the interest somewhat.

As far as I recall from various previews and put in my notes, the plan at least at one point was as follows. I'm listing the girls in this spoiler, so if you don't want to know, don't click:

Spoiler: Prequel Girls

There are five main girls in the prequel, in two sets.

Three girls who will be appearing in the main game:

• Rei - Because she's Anna's cousin, so it is 100% easy to believe she'll show up again.
• Lea - Because she's the MC's first, and his 'little sister', and someone Anna also liked and knew from childhood.
• Katharina - Because she's Lea's mom, a friend of the family, and is along with her daughter probably another major source of the MC's incest and breeding fetishes.

Two girls who are likely prequel-only love interests:

• Jackie - Because her eventual in-character goal is to travel the world and return to Ghana to help people like her bio-mother. Given how K7 games work, it's highly likely she'll stay faithful to him, but only appear every few years or so (and thus probably not during the scope of the main game).
• Amelie - Because she's really just in the game to be a placeholder for Jessica, who K7 can't use because the model was modified too far or had too many morphs applied to it for K7 to be able to recreate her without his hard drives. For the in-character reasoning, nothing's been given yet other than that she's the one who's least enamored with the MC.

I may be wrong but, I think Jackie will make an appearance, maybe not a big one, where she is so close to the MC as a best friend, she will show up to check on him and Anna
