I replayed the entire game, and either I've long forgotten everything, or the game has been significantly reworked and improved.
Overall, my rating for version 0.7 is very positive.

The only thing I didn't like:

The girls aren't virgins. There's no blood, and some have had their hymens destroyed by fingers and toys.

But in light of everything else, this can be overlooked.
