Super game if you start it from scratch.
If you are playing from update to update, you will be sorely be disappointed.
(Updates are most of the time just a few scenes)
Therefore let a few updates stack up, before you play it again.

This is what I do too. Not as interested in mom or teacher, so it is worth waiting a bit to make sure there is some Rin or Annie content. I grew weary for several months after Annie seemed somewhat forgotten. Started over recently to see if maybe I took an action that limited my interactions with her.
