Y'all might be overthinking my question. I've noticed that in some animations (like this one), the girl looks like she's constantly blushing—almost exaggeratedly so—and I was just wondering why. Like, how can someone be blushing that much all the time? To me, it kind of breaks the suspension of disbelief. I tried searching online, but I couldn’t really find a clear answer.

I think an immersive reason for why they are always blushing is because people blush when they see the person they like. And since they like your character it makes sense that they are always blushing whenever they are near you. Anyways I like the blushing. It makes them look really cute.

I gotta jump in on this. Look, I'm usually just a lurker and I sometimes cross-post the dev updates for different projects between forums cuz I'm hyped for this game and others like it. So I'm right there with you guys.
Any news helps me anticipate the latest updates.

But honestly? I'm get pretty baffled by the entitlement peeps showing sometimes.

Like, seriously? The these creators are making these games generally available for free (sometimes we have to wait a bit behind a paywall but whatever). Every hour they spend on it is a sacrifice of their personal time, nights, weekends, whatever. They don't owe anyone a release date, they're choosing to share their passion project with us.

In the case of this project, they've been communicative, which is more than many other creators. Yeah, deadlines slip when you have a real life commitments outside of a hobby project. That's just how it goes. These supposed 'excuses' are explanations, if you are financially supporting this project then I guess you are entitled to a certain level of expectation, but if your here waiting for a free release like many... what's your point?

The complaints never help anything, like really what are people hoping to achieve by complaining. I get its just letting out some frustration, especially when its a familiar experience of seeing games abandoned and long gaps between releases, particularly for these kinds of games.

I get that much of these frustrations stem for the excitement or interest people have for these games but can't we just be chill and be patient? Then i guess you are in this case because you're willing to wait

Is it not okay to give them the space and respect they deserve for working this hard to give us something awesome for nothin. whatever. I don't think my message will actually achieve anything and sorry for picking your message in particular, its just exhausting reading these messages that don't contribute anything beyond moaning, which is what I suppose i'm doing as well.

A quick update...
we still aiming to finish the game this month!

If we cannot make it we will announce, ASAP if we know!
But yeaaah I really think next week I can rock the rest of the game :3

Sure man it's not like it feels good to be behind a release date etc.... I could explain it all but some stuff is just personal
which I do not wanna spread out (getting rich with own company etc. .... ).

For now I would say we will not make it this month, I think I can at least finish all animations this month but for putting
it all together etc. it would take one more week. But some good news, we could create a tool which reduces the entire game files to 1/3 of the space! :3

So the update will be less big (of data/size) like before (no quality loss)!

It's alway annoying when a game takes time to get new update and it's normal to get annoyed, but that's only when the dev is ghosting. In this case, Cinnamonbread is present and give update about the progress. Like Randiv said, if you are here it means you aren't paying any money to play this game, so there's no reason to get mad about the game taking time. It'S better for it to take time, then for it to be abandonned

No look back a page or two the developer is still working on it but is very slow. When the next update releases no one knows.
