It would. You have to be smart about how you handle patreon. If you blatantly without a coverup offer the game to download, you will get slapped for it.
However... if you actually offer a coverup game as the actual game on there and say offer people access to the game via discord or some alternate links?
Then you can for a while maintain a healthy income and have patreon dogs off your back.

I had 5x Patreon and Fanbox accounts. I know how to avoid them for the most time.
Fanbox doesn't allow payout-methods to none JP anymore...
I hate fanbox anyway it's good I don't use such methods anymore....

For Bitcoin you can use several services they're plenty ^^

More Than A Daughter v2024.09:
Version v2024.09 has been released and includes a massive overhaul of the first 3 days, 1 new day,
new platforms for users to play on, as well as some UI and QOL changes.

DOWNLOAD

- Days 1-3 have received a massive overhaul with
- Changes to over 275+ lines including additions and removals
- Animation changes
- Image changes
- Anna & Jordans initial lewd scenes at the end of Day 3 has been removed and changed out for a "dream sequence"
that still gives the players some action, without rushing the relationship between the MC and the girls too quickly
- Image Gallery has been added
- Replay Gallery has been added
- Choices that influence the story are now highlighted in Orange
- Choices are visible even when locked

ACHIEVEMENTS
- Achievement descriptions are now visible
- 2 New Achievements in Day 4

QUALITY OF LIFE
- Quick Menu can now be enabled/disabled in the settings
