Because someone leaked it there, 3.5 hours after he released it to his top-tier subscribers. He wasn't planning to release it there until the public date, when he'd have released it to both sites like normal.

no we allow the links but they will be changed a bit (and not really wanted but not truely disallowed). They outright banned our name over there.

It either has the taboo unlocker already added or it doesn't
The zone has a link for the unlocker
They get taboo if they use it
Unlocker = Patch

There is no true vanilla version void of all Loli content it's just locked
