I agree with most of the points mentioned so far, this was one of my favorite games until the devs. decided to just.. exist instead of actually develop.
However, they're developing a DLC for the game, have been since January. Let's hope they do a better job this time around!

Problem is ICSTOR was one of the first developers to make incest VNs popular.

Nowadays seems like he lost that spark.

I got through this game two years ago, haven't touched the latest updates. And I can't remember anything - not the plot, not the renders. Even a bad game like Summertime Saga can leave some memories, but here it's a void.
In my opinion, that says a lot about its quality. Good projects don't fade from memory.

This is not very accurate, and it is purely subjective. I remember tons of moments from the game, and it was rightly heralded as one of the best ever at one point. Sara is still one of my all-time fav AVN girls. He just screwed up royally at the end.

ICSTOR picked up Milfy City, and dusted it off. Not well mind you. The game UI feels dated because it is. The ending was rushed even though it was in development for, what, two years? ICSTOR added interesting new content (the swimming ice queen student was a highlight for me although the ending fell flat), but they didn't gel with any of the ongoing storylines. Its good that Milfy City is finally finished. Its a shame that ICSTOR burned up an insane amount of goodwill doing it

Milfy City was a great game (up to a point) that finished lamely and spoilt by the updates that removed some of the good content.
Still glad it actually got finished though - would have been far more worse if us players were still belly-aching about "when's it going to be finished?"
