How grindy is the game? What about the animations, are they good? From one of the previews, it looks to me like some other games I played that were way too grindy/long.

Not too grindy - played worse - but worth it for a great game

The dev has released one ending, the rest will come later with some kind of dlc.
So for the time being, no harem or pregnancy ending (this one should be out soon, maybe).
