Berserk. Both because of its role as one of the most influental mangas, and on its own merit as just a good story with great artwork.

Blue Period is about a guy who picks up art in highschool and wants to go to an art uni in Japan. Very unique. Don't watch the anime, it doesn't do it justice.

Hard to pick one favorite but i really like Asanagi

I don't iterested in manga, but about the books. Have you read One Hundred Years of Solitude?

Imahentai is my go to. They have a good search function.

If nhentai doesn't have then imhentai

Manhwa:

Tower of god
solo leveling

Special mention: unordinary (webtoon)

i recommend Usogui, it's about a gambler trying to rise to the top by defeating the head huncho of a gambling Organization, really interesting and you wont regret it

Berserk is for far the best manga

Jim Butcher's The Dresden Files is an awesome read. And if you really want to take your Dresden Files experience to the next level, check out the Audiobooks. They're narrated by the one and only James Marsters, aka Spike from Buffy the Vampire Slayer.
THIS. It plus Codex Alera are outright fantastic reads, Butcher is a bitching good writer

*not me over here frantically adding names to a list to check out latter*
