As much as I hate the scene, the only thing close to ntr in this game is the part with the ugly ass doctor. Though you could say it's technically sharing or whatever in a way since the Mc has one of the LI do something to said ugly bastard guy doctor if you choose the option to see where things go but doesn't happen if you pick the top sentence and I guess nothing happens from picking that option. Also hope no more situations/scenes like that get added since I'm not into sharing and swinging etc.
