Anyway, the game isnt over. The consent, what many people here think, is that its just a very very bad nightmare.
Fueled by the actuall......shizo nightmare stuff that happens at the end. Hallucinations, voices in the head, blabla
game does an actual awesome job from being a "loli" AVN, turning into a....horror AVN and iam loving it.
The game isnt over, if you would have found the secret ending, you would have known yourself that the game is far from over.
Dev is currently working on his other game, Burned, so getting an update for Malignant might take quite some time.....

Fair, I assumed that the secret scene was non-canon. I worded my thoughts poorly, was more of a "how can it continue" rather than actually thinking it was done. Dream theory makes sense

He's taking a mental health break from the headspace of writing this game. I believe he is working on his other game, Burned.

Oh I didn't even know they had another game. Oddly enough I have played it and marked it as ignored.. but I like this game, perhaps I should give that one another try. I'm curious why I didn't like it now.

Yup this is the one vn game got me really intrigue the game is just so unique too bad there seems nothing new updates coming at the moment. Just hoping dev working on it and if not hopefully he will get back and work on it.

Both of them are dark, this one is just tad bit darker.

Although, the decisive factor about Burned definitely is the AI filter over faces, it just looks out of place and degrades the experience, at least for me.

AFAIK the creator is working on his other game now, Burned, alternating the two in update schedules. So, it will take a while.

I'm normally one for dark games but this game really puts in the emotional boot. I played both paths but I liked the 'nice' path better. The daughters are good, of course, but I actually really digged the relationship with the wife. The thing where the age of the boys she sleeps with changes depending on the age you set the daughters was lol.

Deaufosse has said on Discord that there will be an update to Burned before he gets around to the next update for this one...so it's not gonna be soon.
