At the beginning you are offered a choice of who you want to play as. The three options are man, futa and girl. I, when I was still following this game, played as a girl. There was no futa related content in that option. But the last time I played this game was last spring. Judging by the discussion of this project on F*95, since then the developer has been heavily into futa and homosexual content. So what the game has turned into now, I can't say.
