Actually, I just quickly did it by editing the save file values. There is a kind of conclusion scene if you hit 1000 affection, but it isn't that great so I wouldn't worry about it. The sequel's is nice though, and wraps up after the final battle plot wise rather well. So in the sequel I recommend going for it (plus they sell an item that gives +300 affection in the late game to help out). Also, apparently the fortune teller's words in the sequel on getting lust to the values is more for dialogue changes in sex scenes, it doesn't actually let you progress stages in place of affection, you still need the affection requirements. In fact if you go past it and talk to her she hints to go below that value then to return things to as they were. In short dialogue gets a bit more lovey at each stage if you have lust high enough. But for this one, what I can tell is you get to stage 1, do the hospital stuff for a slight lore drop on the shopkeeper, then 1000 affection for the concluding scene (that does play credits) and I think that is all the first game had to offer at that point. The sequel certainly gives more plotwise and closure wise. Both good games though!
Also, I don't think it would matter, but if anyone maxes out all the development let me know if it gives a special cutscene or changes anything in either game. My guess though it is just slightly varies dialogue in the sex scenes again one part at a time as you hit the max.
