Yeah, in a way, just keep touching her and pleasuring her without penetration for a couple of days, the "love" at the start of each day will slowly rise, eventually she'll seem more and more inclined to have sex, you do it and then you repeat the day1 being nice cycle then after zero penetration for a couple of days, she eventually gets horny (literal horns appear on the top of the heart bubble).

You can check the full report on lambbarn fanbox, but long story short, the "company" is a programmer dude, and the art was made for him by an artist called vcxz, who had some kids and his life became too busy to work on this project. If you look at his fanbox, you will see many teasers of new scenes that would be added on the final 2.0 update. But because the artist cant continue the work, and the developer wont change the artist, he said in another instance something like "well, if he shows interest someday, we can finish it. And in retrospect, i think it was wrong to keep teasing you guys if i already knew that finishing it was going to be next to impossible."

So it's abandoned. Join the hope train.

This is pretty much what happened in TLDR
Kinda sad that he still didnt update the game the already available toilet scenes....

This will only happen if the heart icon empties significantly and cracks. So, keep an eye on the fill level and don't let it drop too low. Try to fill it as much as possible before going to sleep. Also, keep in mind that the value will drop when changing scenes, so you need to have some reserve.
