Not yet but it is probably gonna happen within a few updates, depending on how quickly the resolution of the conflict with the Minions wraps up. It will probably happen shortly after that.

This recent update was for an unavoidable lewd scene with Rachael's mother Nora if you are on Rachael's FWB or engaged path.

Edit: Correction, not if you're just FWB. So to avoid Nora you have to not tell Rachael you love her or propose to her. You also cannot introduce yourself as Rachael's BF at the engagement dinner for her sister.

I never understood why devs add incest at all when the MC isn't included and he isn't related to them. That's like stepcest and shouldn't even count as a tag (but it does to Patreon, surprised they haven't banned this yet, I guess it's still under their radar). Maybe split it into 3 tags? Incest, Incest not involving MC, and Stepcest, for those that just click tags and then end up disappointed (at least with this one it's mentioned in OP, but not all are).

Eh to me it's not incest unless you get them pregnant (sisters can't do that, neither can m/d). After all the reasoning of most laws against it is not due to the act itself (if it's because of consent or age difference there already other laws that cover that) but supposedly contaminating the human gene pool with inbreeding (which with 8 billion people is like saying you will ruin the Pacific Ocean if you pee in it, assuming your mom let you get her pregnant or some other extreme incest example). That prob has a lot to do with why homosexuality is now legal in most places, but incest has still yet to be legalized to the same degree, though slowly changing on that front: a few states that outlawed it before have changed it to where if you have medical proof you are fixed or are over 50 can now fuck all you want if it's consentual, not that they didn't before anyway and just kept it a secret.

The laws are very different over the world. In US even localized by state. In many countries sex between cousins is no incest for example. You even can marry your cousin legally. And sometimes sex between same genders is not considered as incest as well. In some cases because the punishment for homosexuality was much harder and no one should be punished for the same "crime" twice. In that cases legalization of homosexuality legalized incest between brother´s or sisters´s as well.
In this game there can be mother / daughter incest, which is no incest by law in my country. Maybe still by morality. But that depends on individual view.
As you wrote it is often about the possibility of becoming pregnant.
I always say people with morality issues should read the bible which is maybe the book with most incest stories in the world. It was very common in history and just became illegal as genetics were discovered.
