What's the pregnancy content in this game?

Not much yet. A couple of the girls talk about getting pregnant, and the walkthrough will tell you another one will get pregnant if you creampie her in one scene, but it's purely a game variable thing, it's not part of the story yet.

I highly recommend it! I don't know if it's said before in this thread, but the urination tag also means there is optional piss-drinking, quite alot of it in fact when MC gets to the 2nd city (where the story really starts) if you're into that fetish.

I suspected some shit like that when I saw the Patreon logo on the start menu (which can still get it banned but whatever). God damn I hate it when unnecessary shit is added that has nothing to do with the MC just to get some clickbait tag. Glad I checked the OP of this before wasting 49,596 clicks. I would have been one pissed off bastard if I wasted that much time. If you don't get a blood relative pregnant then it shouldn't count as incest, and obviously mothers and daughters can't knock each other up.

What more I could ask for = incest that actually involves the MC (as in fucking relatives, not have a threesome where the m/d are related to each other but not the MC), a few lolis and hebes to fuck (preferably his other daughters), etc. Pregnancy with those would also be nice. I kinda lost interest after I realized the incest the MC has little to do with (tried it back when that part wasn't mentioned in the OP I don't think).

Yeah but I can guess why the developer didn't add a few of those kinks. Especially when patreon cracked down on a lot of them.

Dunno why not, it already has incest in it anyway And they seem to be ignoring that just fine. Just put the links in a private Discord and tell subs to go there if they actually want more than progress reports and monthly renders. Some devs do that and get away with it even for loli art. Better still, don't use Patreon in the first place, fuck those guys, and fuck anyone that still gives anyone on there money. At this point most of it is boring generic garbage anyway, at least the ones that are 100% safe.

fantastic game, story is well written with good pacing
