The MC can only be involved with his sister and non-relatives. Pretty strong incest themes in the game overall though.

This is a point-and-click style puzzle game with lots of sex. Very adaptive about which girls you pursue and even some choice in how you build that relationship (here's looking at you, Primrose). The renders were great at the time (there's better now, but these are still good). Timeline can be a little frustrating, but there's a New Game+ feature so that you can roll your progress into a second (or third) playthrough to get the bits you couldn't grab the first time around. Not sure that this upload includes anything new (I had 1.0.1 from last year), but if you haven't given this game a try and don't mind horny fairies, give it a go.
