makes sense, the images etc didnt follow the folder structure of the game so when I tried it nothing happened, because, as you said, no script to call the assets. So ATM the DLC is just .... files

Plus the only thing in the DLC folder that seems different than what's in in game is the Photoshop format images

Everything else can be found in the game folder I didn't check this in depth but just from looking at the thumbnails they are all the same I don't have Photoshop installed so I can't see what the .psd images look like

A difference being that the game fg and bg images are in webp format instead of jpg and png

just in case you hadn't come back, no, it didnt, the DLC is a collection of images etc with no apparent scripting tie ins, so perhaps the scripts are missing or something else is (as ObservantShadow pointed out the game images are also webp's not the photoshop etc stuff), so at best it may be sources of something that will be worked on and scripted in perhaps... but no, non functional in-game in any way I was able to test or play around with
