LewdCorner Update
For now, mime and apollo have full control over LC and will be handling site decisions going forward.
I’m stepping back from making site changes for now and letting them decide how to move LC forward.

For me Fallout was great. I've put a lot of hours into 3, NV & 4 & love all three games. One thing I really liked about the show is that it isn't a re-telling of any of the games but a separate story within the FO universe, much like each game is a new story. The show captured the game's sense of humor very well imo & the attention to detail was great. Also, just my opinion. Goggins is a VATS machine! lol.
My question here is which Fallout live action is better: 'Fallout: Nuka World' or this new show from Prime?
Oh, in general I don't see a reason for this big push to remake animated shows with real people. For the most part they are a lazy money grab. Yes some (very few) are good, but the majority don't live up to the original.
Depends really as thees are adaptions of IPs most of us played, watched, or read before. Usually they ignore lore, cannon, and other areas
to the point it's no longer what the IP originally was. Yes that even included the most watched and highly rated Fallout TV adaptation.
Fallout is quite good. Not a masterpiece but at least they captivated the world they are portraying quite well. Well, it made me play fallout 4 again after all this time so I think it is a good sign.
Live-action adaptations are generally awful, even the Japanese stuff. Games and anime are unrealistic and simply can't be transplanted into the real world with actual actors. Maybe they try it in a superficial way with CGI but that always looks awful (well, it was better back in the day, when they used it very sparingly).
Well the ideas of watching live adaptions of your favorite games, books and comics sounds ideal, but the truth is most of them end up
being mediocre. Mostly due to nostalgia, changes to the story, and of course the usual swapping of characters to fit modern standards.
Fallout turned out to be one of my favorite shows now.
Intriguing story, good characters, hilarious moments. It's a good entry for new initates (I never really played the games but know some lore stuff) and alot of references and easter-eggs for long-time fans.
I'm aware there are some continuity issues with where the series is going in season 2 which is pobably unavoidable
as the games offer you different outcomes depending on group affiliation etc. But like I said, I never played the games. So that's a non-issue for me.
I'm excited to see what's coming in season 2 and I hope it's gonna get epic.
