I am actually undecided on whether or not it is. The video on Itch.io makes me think either it isn't AI, or AI is getting really good

It is. Idk if the images will load anymore due to the recent server failure, but just look at the image with the blonde that has the red light in the background. Her shoelace turns into the railing behind her, which you can see even from the thumbnail. The blondes weapon hand is also fucked up in one of them, but I can't remember which one it was and its a bit too small to tell now.
