I didn't expect much from this title and it ended up surprising me. It's very good. The truth is, the best of this type of content has everything, only in my opinion it needs to fall further into that pit from which there is no return of the darkest fectiches, but I have the I guess it's only a matter of time before this happens.

not sure if there is some route that include pregnant, but for what i play there are only pregnation related dialogues

Yeah, it's certainly different. The quality of the story-telling in the beginning of the story is lackluster imo, similar style to what's typical of a rpgm->renpy port. But it has gotten much better over time, so now it's easy to appreciate the unique combination of fetishes the game offers.
