The flower patch is over 1GB by itself (at least for PC version), so you are missing like 1/3 of the AVN (prob all the sex scenes), there's a whole bunch of naked teens sucking and fucking, including the MC. For PC it's an .rpy file irrc that drops in the /game folder, but like most I have no idea what the Mac version is supposed to look like file wise.
Most guys are too lazy for that. I mean hell I'm Exhibit A according to most, since I couldn't be bothered hunting for a compatible stranger so just hooked up with my sister instead (can't really argue with that, it's just logical to me and saved a lot of wasted time and effort).
This game and Ap 69 are actually game+ after the patches. Do you know any other games like that here??
You have to right-click the unzipped file (LightAndDark_Part1) and choose "Show package contents", then navigate to Contents/Resources/autorun/game and copy the flower.rpa file that you find there; after having copied that file you have to do the same thing on the actual game file (which is also called LightAndDark_Part1) and paste the flower.rpa file in the game folder.
lolis that are not in +? It's hit or miss. The loli tag is how I find them usually, but some of them have lolis only with a decensor patch and some of them don't have a loli tag mostly due to being borderline, not "loli" in the usual sense but teens in high school (eg I Was A Teenage Vampire). To me only preteens are lolis, but some go by appearances and to them 30yos are lolis if they simply have no tits and are short and keep it waxed.

Yeah too many snowflake pussies on F95 that will bitch about anything else when there's a temporary lull and no NTR to bitch about. A simple don't like it = don't play it rule/law/king's proclamation would do wonders for the world's sanity and blood pressure.

There's just not that many still in development. Such A Sharp Pain is one, Everything Gets Boring Eventually is a new one but not public yet (just a demo atm). Blackheart makes a bunch of them, but the MC's tend to be psychos (only paths are dark and blackhole-black). Money or Morals was interesting, but the dev is taking a break (abandoned then not, so who knows). Uncanny is a new one (no lewd scenes yet with the 10yo runaway). There's a few others I can't remember the names of, personally I just browsed the + section and picked out the ones with lolis in the previews in the OP's.
yeah that one is up in the air so I forgot to list it. No new update since the "unabandoned" that I know of so who knows. If you count abandoned ones there's a quite a few.

Okay now I'm intrigued.
Yeah the setup is weird and takes some getting used to as far as choices. Normally choices will lock you out of scenes and LI paths but no new playthrough necessary with this, you do so as you go along, which can get confusing with the MC being at several places at the same time like he's Quantum Man. I guess one could simply not pick everything in the choice lists and stick to one LI before moving on? That would probably be easier to follow.
