Not going to get much help if that's all the info you're going to give us. What version did you download? There's like 4 different downloadable types in the OP. Game is using the tyrano engine.

What is your OS? Windows xp - vista - 7 - 8 - 10 - 11? Drivers and everything up to date? Have you tried running other games that use the tyrano engine to see if it might be your computer?

This game was finished, it's a lot of years old, if they have added anything they should have described it in the changelog.
I doubt that new content has been added though.
By the way, good game at the time.

The molest option is for those that are impatient It goes away once you buy her a dress

The real action starts around 105 - 110 friendship and trust where she asks for it
You have to focus on both equally or she dies from getting ill

I mostly focused on friendship my first time barely using chat and she died so I had to start over
