It depends on how the lesbian gets into and acts within the harem, but I usually like it. Corruption adjacent stories where the lesbian is reluctant to have sex with the MC, but is pushed into it through other means (she loves a girl in the harem and wants to be with her; her girlfriend is a cuckqean, convinces the lesbian to get fucked, etc.)then gets addicted to dick is the best.

As for trans girls, that's a no from me. If they got a dick, it ain't for me.
