This is like a logical impossibility to me by some definitions. If harem means girls you are in a mutual relationship with, a lesbian wouldn't be in it. If harem is a polyamorous group then lesbians can be in it and not be with you. If a harem is what the MC wants and can be nonconsent then lesbians can be in it but you are telling them what to do and not to do so it isn't in their control.

I usually make poly groups where lesbians can do what they want, and transgirls can do what they want, and futas can do what they want, as long as I can set individual girls to exclusivity with the MC when I want to, and can restrict pregnancy when I want to. And I do like forcing cisattracted lesbians to be with a male MC or a trans MC or a futa MC sometimes.

Definition of lesbian: Girl-coded person who prefers sex or romance with other girl-coded people

Definition of transgirl: Semi-coded (has a dick or post-pubescent and doesn't have breasts) or fully-coded (doesn't have a dick and post-pubescent does have breasts) as a girl

Definition of bisexual: Girl-coded or guy-coded person who prefers sex with people who are fully coded as girls or guys

Definition of pansexual: Person who prefers sex with anyone

I like having lesbians in my harem or in their own harem, and I don't mind the MC sharing fully-coded girls with semi-coded girls. I also don't care if the girls are bisexual or pansexual, though I usually have a policy that important characters have exclusivity clauses (e.g. a fully-coded guy MC won't share an important fully-coded girl with other fully-coded guys (because guys aren't in the MC's harem), an important semi-coded girl won't share an important fully-coded girl with any fully-coded guys or semi-coded girls that aren't in her harem, an important transgirls won't share her transgirl or cisgirl partners with anyone who isn't in their relationship circle, an important transgirl NPC only will have sex with one specific other NPC).

Not every NPC has an exclusive harem, circle, or clause for a specific other NPC, but most of the time I have rules like that. The harems and circles might have overlap. It helps me to remember important characters and theri relationships if I don't play the game for a while, instead of trying to remember every single NPC's relationships. Plus I like some exclusivity in general even if there are sometimes moments where the NPCs will break the exclusivity rules.

Do you mean an actual lesbian who only has sex with the harem girls but not the MC? It depends on the relationship between the MC and the lesbian.
