lu still broken, i am slowly fixing it but jesus fuck it is hard to do without using a database for updates.

This must be what you mean because I refreshed the LU and changed none of my Tags but nothing shows "No results. Try loosening filters."

I can't say any more about it, as I don't use any of these things and don't plan to do so in the future.

As far as I know, the feedback for the Theme is scattered across several announcement threads.
I don't have the time or, to be honest, the patience to search through them all right now, but we already have one for this purpose:

For example, other users' post backgrounds are still displayed even if you turn off user-defined styles, and so on.

I understand why it feels like “we’re back in the same loop.” The difference now is I’m trying to keep the system sustainable long-term. I’m open to adding an alternate shop item again, but it won’t be a cheap unlock, because it creates ongoing lack of maintenance and support overhead.

As I said, it used to be free, it worked, and there were no problems until someone turned it into a business.
At least, that's my opinion on the matter.

Also just to be transparent: aside from the LU work, most of the fixes on LC lately have been done on my end. Apollo’s been a major help, but I’ve been actively keeping things running.

I saw that you were logged in almost around the clock during the Christmas and New Year holidays and in between.
And I don't assume that you played poker during that time because you had nothing else to do.
But if that's the case, then hopefully you've hit the jackpot.
But as far as I know, someone else did that recently.

What I've just noticed again are the emojis and reactions that still don't work properly, apart from the fact that I have some available that I shouldn't have.

Most of the threads on latest updates are sorting correctly by chronological latest update, but there are a few that are still sorting in weird ways.

For example I noticed that the game Uncanny by Goosenards, which had an update just five days ago, is sorting such that it says the latest update was eight months ago. I double checked the thread and the latest update is listed as Feb-2-2026 but the release date is list is listed as May-16-2025, so it seems it is getting sorted on the latest updates page based upon its original release date rather than its update.

Hopefully this example will help you track down the bug.

I found a number of threads that have the same sorting issue as Uncanny. They all have the "New" tag on them even though they have been updated much more recently than the original release date. The threads with the "Edited" tag seem to be sorting correctly.

The entire staff team is working towards fulfilling said goals and improvements.
the logic for the LU page will finally be corrected and absolute today.
An incredible amount of the teams determination comes from reading a "thank you" message here or simply seeing that people are enjoying the site.

Try deleting the cookies and website data stored in your browser and then log in again.
Maybe that will help, but it's just a guess and not based on knowledge or experience.

LU logic is complete, YES it's going to sort by actual latest update (not comments, likes, etc), NO a thread isn't going to get bumped when someone does a simple correction or renews links. ggs

My browser is Chrome, but it worked. This is a problem that needs to be fixed on the website, or the search bar needs to be removed permanently, because the way it is now, it doesn't work and causes this annoying bug.

Try doing a search however you want, you'll get the same result. I was just demonstrating. The search field is terrible, you just don't want to admit it.

i have updated and fixed the search field, sorry about the issues but it should now be fixed, if you run into any other issues on the LU please let me know.
