A deity (I hope this counts as a job). I've been thinking about making a game with the idea but I just don't have the skill or time to pull it off the way I would like. A game where the MC can create a world (it could be anything, past/modern/future earth or high/low fantasy earth) and create a religion to spread across the world. The lewd part could be something like your religion can only have priestesses and you can have sex with them or just straight up only have female followers. There can also be an aspect of competing with other deities/religions to see who can take over the world. If anyone knows of anything similar to this, please let me know!

Anything in the restaurant food/food service industry. There's always hot girls working as waitresses/hostesses/bartenders, and everyone is banging each other, and there's lots of stupid drama.

not a porn game but this immediately made me think of ActRaiser which would actually make a great lewd game. it had platforming combat and a city building mode where you play as god

There aren't enough two bit charlatan MCs showing up to start cults in games.
There are a few games where you have to square off against them, but I don't recall any where you are the one hoodwinking everyone into it.
Even better if midway through the game, some NPC shows up to save all his waifus and stop you, so you just have him thrown into the oubliette and his wives dragged to your dungeon.
Penultimate chapter has you surprising yourself by accidentally throwing lightning ( or whatever ) at someone.
Final chapter is the MC's harem life after accidentally getting every single religious proclamation the player choose over the game absolutely 100% correct.
The god the player described (no matter how preposterous) shows up personally to receive your cult's worship.
Maybe name it something like "Accidental Prophet", playing it for laughs that it all started with the MC just trying to cover their ass and spiraled out of control.

Theme park. Girls in costumes, bonus points for princess dresses. Lots of places to make out with the possibility of getting caught (if that's your thing).

Since many of these seem a little disturbing already, how about a trainer/physical therapist for a women's gymnastics team. Except, unlike the reality that truly unfolded, they actually want "special massages" and the like.

Usually mc's are standard. Either working in IT/Tech, the military or are a student/teacher and lets not forget millionaire/billionaire/The chosen one.
It is also the reason why certain games stand out a little for me like : The Builder, Single Again, Light Of My Life, Cosy Cafe, Crimson High, Friends In Need.
All are in the category of the usual suspects of jobs or there wouldn't be a story to tell but with a twist.
So you get the story antics of a regular job which for me makes the story more immersive.
Has to do with the quality of the writing as well obviously.
