Is there any country you feel especially positive about, aside from your home country? And why?

I have thought about moving to Iceland it is very beautiful and clean with a very highly rated living conditions. tho winters do get cold so IDK

China. I'd love to visit someday.
It's one of the oldest nations on Earth so it must have some seriously interesting museums and historical sites. My country is young and it has some of those too, but a good chunk of them are concerned with things that I view as ephemeral and useless like war and the post-industrial urban struggle.
The cities there look very strange but somehow appealing, being a country bumpkin, I find cities in my country hostile and suffocating, so I'm not sure I would have the most fun in the cities over there but the verticality they have got going on is visually amazing.
I hear the food is great, I'm very interested in the spicy seafood they serve in the littoral provinces.
And the women are beautiful. The best on the planet in my opinion.
Managing to make technological advancements from essentially middle ages to current day/near future in such a short span of time... That's nothing to glance over.

The Philippines, great food, great people and very cheap living cost.
Most of them actually speak English but don't show it unless you become friends with them and be nice.

Well, it's Red China. Wonderful people, great history, our allies in modern world.
Yeah if you like forced assimilation, genocide of minority's and a history riddled by corruption. Red China is not anyone's ally. They will turn on you in a heartbeat if it suits them

New Zealand. One of the few overseas trips I was able to go on. Loved the trip, wish I could have explored more. Bonus, I find it funny that they are right next to Australia and yet has evolved none of its death world wildlife.
New Zealand also has a longer and better Snow season than Australia, just don't make jokes about sheep :ROFLMAO:

Yes, yes, of course. I am crying over the fate of the slave-owning theocratic regime in Tibet.
I can continue, but such topics are prohibited on the forum, so I fall silent.
