Is art style something you particularly look for in a game?

For me, graphics are somewhere around third or fourth place. After all, I enjoy playing text-based games, provided that the author of the text isn't a complete graphomaniac.
There are limitations on graphics that prevent me from ever downloading a particular game:

1. Pixel art;
2. Japanese graphics in any form, even if it's Hokusai himself.

Art style pretty much gives the first impression when seeing a new game and decides if I try it out or not, depending on the reviews I'd also settle for art style which I don't like, just to try it out.
If the stories and/or characters are good I actually don't mind it at all.

I think many people think alike or am I wrong ?

I'm a pretty superifical lewd game enjoyer so art style is extremely important, specifically the small details such as detailed enough feet/toes/soles, accessories like earings, painted nails/toenails, its the details like that that make the art more appealing to me. In terms of overall art style I like stlyes reminscent to the 2000s toons from cartoon network, I feel indifferent about the anime style unless they are particularly detailed.

this style gets instantly placed on my "ignore list"

I prefer the Daz "Style." I am not crazy about the Honey Select style art, but if the story is compelling, I can forgive it. I don't mind real porn, but so many of the game that use it don't stay consistent with the models they choose. I hate AI. I have no respect for it at all.

I don't think artstyle is too important. I have my preferences and what I avoid like 3D/AI but the content is most important

Art style is very important to me. I tend to prefer Koikatsu over DAZ, only because I get caught in the uncanny valley with a lot of DAZ renders. With Koikatsu models, it doesn't distract me when they don't look like real people. A good, classic hand drawn game is good too. I'm a big fan of doujins and manga, so I can get into the art style pretty quickly. I've played a few good pixel art games too.

the daz style is good. not sure if that is what SSP is but that's probably the best
