Is this the full game from the start? last time I got this one it started mid way through

It's split into 3 "seasons" (and yes that sucks and is confusing when devs do that if you haven't kept up since 0.1's). 1-5 in 1st part, 6-14 in 2nd, 15-latest in 3rd.

The moderators should have given this project the “Abandoned” status a long time ago. There is a clear statement by the developer, made back in August, almost half a year ago, that he stops working on the project. The reason, frankly speaking, puzzles me, but it is his decision, if he made it, it is worth accepting it.

Yeah sounds like a bullshit made-up reason to me, he simply got tired of it or burned out for the little income he was getting but still tried to paint himself as a hero for being yet another quitter, though for India the income probably wasn't bad (millions of people go through landfill garbage where they essentially live for income, at least until they accidentally set them on fire that grows until they can be seen from space). Rape has been going on since even before humans were human yet (millions of years, modern laws will not change that, never have changed anything really when it comes to basic instincts like sex and emotions like anger), and certainly before the first chapter of Insimology, so where was his bleeding heart back when he was making 0.2 or any previous update? If the news depresses him that much enough to quit a game he was working on he could have simply quit watching it like I did (only thing the "TV's" get are Netflix and locally stored movies and tv shows, they don't even have tuners in them). Obviously him stopping his lone AVN makes no difference overall as far as sex crimes go (rapists will do their thing even if porn somehow didn't exist as it predates porn by a long shot), but oh well, the last few updates were rather lackluster anyway so the writing was on the wall.
