Overview:
The story follows a man who infiltrates the school premises as a nurse, abducting girls in bloomers to his secret base and engaging in activities with his clients such as sleep-raping, sugar-daddying, raping, and voyeurism, resulting in changes to his status.
Depending on your choices, your alert level will rise, leading to a dangerous rape scenario.
To avoid the rape scenario, you must regularly work hard in the nurse's office and lower your alert level.
Clicking on the icons on the school map screen will take you to the respective erotic scenario and voyeur route.

Maybe they are fixing something, I tried this game and couldn't even get it to open with locale in any way or form, not even changing my whole pc locale to japanese. I posted about it but I guess my comment got deleted due to the issues the site was having

There seems to be two folders in the archive I downloaded (can't remember which file service), one English and one Japanese. I'm playing the English one without changing locale at all. Are you sure you're in the right folder, or are you specifically trying to run the Japanese one? (you clearly do speak English...)

Edit: PS, you shouldn't be too upset if you don't get it to work. Art is mediocre->poor, dicks are censored. I'm sure pussies would be censored if you ever saw one, but you don't. Translation is poor, "game" is nonexistant... really isn't worth your time, IMO.
