I love this concept, it doesn't show up as often as I would like. A very few games I know of
Twisting Time, a real porn game that you jump back and forth, impregnating your own mother, your grandmother, children, etc. Its really more of a kinetic novel though.

The title had me expecting something along the lines of Agarest War. There are management style games that allow you to play after the birth of characters. Stationmaster and the Strive games come to mind. You can have an entire harem of your own children if you want but I don't even want to imagine that family tree.

I had never heard of Agarest War but after googling it I might have to check it out, that's a really cool concept
Interesting, I didn't realize Stationmaster let you have your slaves' kids grow up. that's neat. Shame the game died so the dev could somehow take a major step back and make a worse "sequel"
I'll add Free Cities to the ones you mentioned in terms of a family-harem... amusingly inspecting a character also shows their family tree,not in the standard sense but rather a web diagram, and good lord can you create some absolute tumbleweeds

doesnt that happen with every game where the sister and brother are seperated only to reunite and sister says, btw your an uncle daddy.
even in newer games, found in translation and boxed in both had sisters do the youre a daddy reveal. theres quite a few older ones to the point i cant list them off the top of my head.

as for pregnancy and continuing the game go, didnt see anyone mention the fosters and the fosters 2, aside from the incest being stepcest/fostercest whatever its still pregnant than following up after pregnancies. course dev had to stop developing so thats over, but was one of the few games that really had plot line past knocking up sister.
