I would love to talk aboot the idea of a game that the story dose not end with knocking up. What aboot a game that plays through the pregnancy and continues after birth.

I would add My New Family to this thread, but only by a little because the pregnancies happen all the way at the end and while there are sex scenes with the pregnant girls, they are quite simple before we time skip passed the pregnancies and births (if I remember correctly).
I am still hoping out for a sequel to it, because the characters have already established that the MC is basically free to fuck his daughters when they grow up.
Similarly, the game Lost & Found is entering the pregnancy stage with at least 1 character. Will have to see how that evolves.

Parental Love has a wrap up that includes pregnancy, I always hoped that would continue

I'm actually working on the concept. I don't know if I want to give it away just yet, but it's not really a hard one to come up with. Try not to limit yourself to one main character.
