Tbh when I clicked on the thread I thought you were making a game like this (which would be amazing). Like many said though not many devs do make a game like so, once I learn more with Daz-3D and Renpy, I for sure plan on doing something along this line.

I would add My New Family to this thread, but only by a little because the pregnancies happen all the way at the end and while there are sex scenes with the pregnant girls, they are quite simple before we time skip passed the pregnancies and births (if I remember correctly).

I am still hoping out for a sequel to it, because the characters have already established that the MC is basically free to fuck his daughters when they grow up.

Similarly, the game Lost & Found is entering the pregnancy stage with at least 1 character. Will have to see how that evolves.
